Kick off the festival with a fun opening night! Join us for trivia, happy hour, and a live painting by Dave that you won't want to miss!

Don't miss the inspiring opening keynote by our friend Jason—this event will set the perfect tone, so be sure to attend!

Join Jason Hall for Gulls for Everyone, a fun and welcoming master class for birders of all levels—come learn, ask questions, and enjoy the world of gulls together!

Explore the renowned birding hotspots of the Tijuana River Valley on a guided bilingual tour featuring diverse waterfowl, shorebirds, gulls, passerines, and more.

Many of the outings and activities are geared for first timers and returning enthusiasts, families with children of all ages, and opportunities to stroll through and enjoy various vendors and environmental organizations. Most importantly -it’s a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends along the way.

Celebrate birds, community, and belonging at Chollas Lake Park with guided walks led by keynote speakers and bilingual birdersing, There will be loaner binoculars available, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
